Terms of Use.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes: to view our menu, find our outlets, make reservations, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

• A reservation request is subject to availability and to confirmation as shown at the time of booking. For small parties a booking is confirmed instantly through the site; larger groups may require additional confirmation by our team.
• Table hold:for 1–4 guests, the table is held for 15 minutes past the booking time. Please message us if you are running late.
• Larger groups (5+ guests):a deposit may be required (typically RM50 for 5–10 guests, RM100 for 11+). Where it applies, our team arranges this with you over WhatsApp and the deposit is deducted from your final bill on the day.
• Reservation details you provide must be accurate. We may cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice and may differ by outlet and over time. Prices shown are in Ringgit Malaysia and, for dine-in, are before 6% SST and a 10% service charge unless stated otherwise. Photographs are for illustration.

Online ordering, pickup, and delivery are provided through third-party platforms (Oddle, GrabFood, foodpanda, ShopeeFood). Those services are governed by the third party’s own terms and pricing once you leave our Site.

The JIBRIL name, logo, content, photography, and design on this Site are owned by JIBRIL or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

The Site links to third-party services and includes a live chat powered by respond.io. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.
